Soba Shochu (buckwheat shochu)
Nagano’s flavorful soba shochu, made from soba (buckwheat) and rice locally
grown in Sakuho town and slowly brewed to draw out a high-quality flavor
with maximum richness. Its soft profile makes it a versatile shochu that can
be enjoyed on the rocks, with hot water, or with the hot water in which soba
noodles have been boiled. We use 100% locally grown Sakuho ingredients.
