Junmai Nigori (cloudy sake)
This has a superior taste with pleasant acidity, umami, and sweetness derived from the rice. A not-too-sweet, moderately cloudy sake with a slightly dry flavor. In the mouth, you can enjoy a hint of fruit and vanilla aroma.
Perfect either chilled or warmed.
Serving temperature and suggested pairings:
10~15℃ in a narrow-mouth tulip wine glass
35~40℃ in a small ochoko
