Kinmon Nishiki rice from Shinshu Rice Farm Ogiwara, about 40km away from the brewery, is used.
It is our brewery’s most refined sake, which has received the generous care of the brewers during the midwinter to achieve a harmony of pleasant aroma and elegant, full-bodied sweetness.
Fresh fruits such as apple, pear, melon, and white peach, the fragrance of acacia flowers, and the herbal notes peculiar to Kinmon Nishiki.
