Kurosawa’s flagship product. Smooth on the palate, pleasantly acidic and with deep flavors that harmonize with a wide variety of food.
Aroma: Ripe pear and calming floral notes like sweet osmanthus along with the scent of toasted rice powder, and dairy products such as fresh milk.

12~15℃ in a narrow-mouth tulip wine glass
oyster gratin with parsley
40~45℃ in a small ochoko
deep-fried tofu with a sticky savory sauce
