○は太陽・トは登る 日が昇る・日の出の勢いを表す屋号を品名 瓶に添えられた稲穂がトレードマーク。速醸法という一般的な製法に比べ倍近い時間を要し手間のかかる伝統製法生酛造りで醸した力強い自慢の純米酒です。“甘酸辛苦渋”酒の五味のバランスがよく、燗よし冷よしのコクとキレの良い酸、深い味わいの純米酒です。

Kimoto Junmai “Maruto”
The Maruto symbol is made up of characters that signify the rising sun, and is meant to express hope for success in business. This junmai sake with rich, deep flavor and crisp acidity is the flagship sake of our brewery, where 60% of the brewing is done in the traditional kimoto method.
Aroma:
Pear and banana, toasted rice powder, cypress wood, and yogurt-like dairy aroma.
Serving temperature and suggested pairings:
15~18℃ in a wide-mouth tulip wine glass
escargots in garlic and parsley butter
40~45℃ in a guinomi
Japanese food such as simmered bamboo shoots
