Shirakaba Gin
This is a craft gin based on rice-derived spirits with rich aromas of white birch. It uses sap tapped from one of Japan’s best stands of white birch on the Yachiho Highlands, located in the northern region of the Shinshu Yatsugatake Mountain range.
This craft gin is exquisitely blended with white birch branches and leaves, as well as other locally grown botanicals.
