This sake has a sharp and crisp taste.
Aging at room temperature over more than two summers in the brewery storehouse contributes to a well-balanced and deep flavor. Immerse yourself in the deep aftertaste of this vintage sake.
Aroma:
Mellow, sweet fragrance of pear compote and kumquats, a floral aroma of linden blossoms, a sweet burnt smell of cotton candy, and a dry leaf aroma of laurel leaves.

12~15℃ in a wide-mouth tulip wine glass
roasted lamb with rosemary
35~40℃ in a guinomi
simmered dried tofu and dried shiitake mushroom
