A cup sake produced in collaboration with Koumi town and Sakuho town, both located at the foot of Kita-Yatsugatake Mountain.
The label design features mountain peaks, a starry sky, and the moon reflected on the surface of a mysterious lake surrounded by deciduous pine trees. Inside is a junmai sake with well-balanced fullness, moderate acidity, and a lingering finish.
