この度、酒造技能士検定において醸造部 輿水が1級、篠原が２級を取得いたしました。
今後も研鑽を重ね良い酒を醸していってくれる事と思います。
輿水:入社7年目 酛役
酒造りを勉強する機会を得て、日々業務を熟すだけでは分からないことが沢山あることを学べました。
そうした知識を納め、技術を培い、伝えている酒造りに関わる人々、諸先輩方を尊敬したいと思います。
人より抜きん出ることは出来ませんが、そうした人の一人に成れるように、研鑽を忘れずに酒造りに取り組みたいと思います。
篠原 入社4年目 一般職
今までの経験や学びが実を結び、嬉しいです。今後は資格取得で得た知識を現場に還元し、より良い酒造りをして行きます。
We’re happy to share some great news from our brewing team!
Koshimizu has passed the Level 1 Sake Brewer Skills Exam, and Shinohara has earned Level 2.
Koshimizu – 7years with the company
Having the opportunity to study sake brewing has shown me just how much there is that cannot be understood by simply carrying out daily tasks.
Through this learning, I’ve come to deeply respect the many people involved in brewing—especially the senior brewers—who have accumulated such knowledge, refined their skills, and passed them on.
Shinohara – 4years with the company / Staff brewer
I’m grateful to see my experiences and learning over the past years finally bear fruit.
Moving forward, I hope to apply the knowledge gained through this certification to the brewery floor and contribute to making even better sake.
